Who we are

Read-o-Bot is a service that creates personalized stories for children. In these Terms, "Read-o-Bot," "we," "us," and "our" refer to the team that operates the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

The Service is intended for adults. Accounts are created and managed by a parent, guardian, or other adult, who is responsible for any use of the Service on behalf of a child.

You sign in using a Google or Apple account. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for any activity that happens under your Read-o-Bot account. Please provide accurate information and use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Using the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to other users' data.

We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may suspend or end access to the Service if these Terms are violated.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Read-o-Bot or any particular price or feature. We'll email you when the Service is available.

Content and intellectual property

The Service — including its software, text, and design — belongs to Read-o-Bot and is protected by applicable law. Stories generated for you are provided for your personal, non-commercial family use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Stories are generated automatically and are meant for entertainment and learning, so please review content for your family before sharing it with your child.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Read-o-Bot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, let you know.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the place where Read-o-Bot operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We'll confirm the specific governing jurisdiction here before the Service launches publicly.
